To celebrate the Feast of Sant Jordi in Ametlla de Mar, every year on the first Sunday after April 23, we hold a public party on the beach of that name, Sant Jordi. During the day there are different activities such as a walk from the village to the Castle of Sant Jordi, located on the same beach, a public sardines barbecue, paella competition, etc..
